NOTICE OF MEETING The Austin Housing Finance Corporation, Board of Directors, will convene at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 06, 2013, in Council Chambers at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas AGENDA The Board of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda. Consent 1. Approve the minutes of the April 11, 2013 Board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Approve an increase of $1,510,000 to an existing loan to Foundation Communities, Inc. for a total loan amount not to exceed $4,660,000 for property acquisition and construction of a new 135-unit single room occupancy housing facility for homeless and low-income individuals to be located at 309 East 11th Street. 3. Authorize an increase in the amount of $1,265,000 to an existing loan to Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation for a total loan amount not to exceed $2,640,268 for development and construction of a mixed-use development located at 1212, 1301, 1301 ½, 1305, 1309 Chicon Street, and 1807 East 13th Street to include 33 attached ownership units to be sold to low- to moderate-income buyers.
