NOTICE OF MEETING
The Tax Increment Finance Board of Directors, will convene at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2014, in Council Chambers at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas

The Board of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent
1. Approve Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Reinvestment Zone #18 (Seaholm Redevelopment Project) meeting minutes from April 26, 2012.
2. Recommend award and execution of a 36-month requirements supply agreement with TBFC, LLC dba EZ Holiday Lights to provide tree lighting and maintenance services for the Economic Development Department, in an amount not to exceed $117,600 with three 12-month extension options in amounts not to exceed $39,200 for each extension option, for a total contract amount not to exceed $235,200. ( Notes: This contract will be awarded in compliance with Chapter 2-9D of the City Code (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). No subcontracting opportunities were identified; therefore, no goals were established for this solicitation. )
