NOTICE OF MEETING
The Mueller Local Government Corporation, Board of Directors, will convene at 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at Travis County Administration Building 700 Lavaca Street, Commissioners Courtroom, 1st Floor, Austin, TX 78701

Ott, President Greg Canally, Vice President Kevin Johns, Secretary Art Alfaro, Treasurer The Board of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda.

2. Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Mueller Local Government Corporation
Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2014 in a par amount not to exceed $18,265,000 by the Mueller Local Government Corporation (Corporation), by February 28, 2015, in accordance with the parameters set out in the resolution, authorizing all related documents between the City and the Corporation, and approving related fees.
