THE REGIONAL AFFORDABILITY COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2015 AT 3:00 PM AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS AGENDA The Regional Affordability Committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the Regional Affordability Committee meeting of May 18, 2015. Citizen Communication: General 2. The first five speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed three minutes to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. Staff Briefing 3. Presentation on the findings of the 6th annual Community Action Network (CAN) Dashboard Report. 4. Presentation by Conversation Corps related to the July Conversation Corps meeting on housing affordability. Discussion and Possible Action 5. Discussion of guiding principles related to the strategic plan for the Regional Affordability Committee and consider a strategic work plan for the year. 6. Discussion of interlocal agreements between participating taxing entities and possible collaborations. 7. Discussion of creation of a taxpayer impact statement. Future Items 8.
