THE OPEN SPACE, ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2016 AT 2:00 PM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS Leslie Pool, Chair Delia Garza, Vice Chair Kathie Tovo Don Zimmerman AGENDA A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee. The City Council Open Space, Environment and Sustainability Committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the Open Space, Environment and Sustainability Committee meeting of October 26, 2016. Citizen Communication: General 2. Speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed three minutes to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. Discussion and Possible Action 3.
