[Mayor] Good morning. It is monday, November 20, 2017. It is 8:50 a.m. I am going to call to order the special called meeting here we are in the board and commission room here at City Hall. We have one item so pursuant to 551.074 of the government code and 551.071 the government code. We are going into executive session to discuss item # 1 which is legal and personnel issues related to the search for and appointment of a new City Manager. Without objection we will now go into executive session. By the way we have a quorum present.

[Mayor] We are now out of closed session. In closed session we discussed personnel, legal matters related to item #1 at this point we anticipate at getting an email from our consulant. With both names and suggested, process and we will wait I think to get that email. We'll post that email on the bullentin board so that, we make sure we all see it as well as the public will be able to see. It will contain dates and events for us. Anything else? Miss Houston.
