Item 1 is to approve a resolution authorizing hfc to issue up to $20 million in multi-family housing revenue bonds and to approve related documents to provide the financing for the development of the nighten Gail at the goodnight ranch P.U.D. And item number 2 is to approve a resolution appointing Spencer cronk as general manager of the Austin housing finance corporation.
