There are two items on the agenda today related to Austin housing finance corporation's budget, beginning October 1st, 2018, and ending September 30th, 2019. Item number 1 is to approve a resolution adopting the corporation's grant operating budget in the amount of $14,873,323. This item also authorizes program guidelines for the applicable housing programs funded and establishes administrative approval limits for the general manager. Item number 2 is to approve a resolution adopting the corporation's capital budget for fiscal year 2018-2019 in the amount of 2 million and I offer both of these items on consent. >> Mayor Adler: Is there a motion to approve these items on consent?
