They include some administrative items to help clean up things like our bylaws and procurement policies as well as setting some public hearings for -- setting a public hearing for an item to be considered at your January 23 meeting. I do offer all six items on consent. >> Mayor Adler: Is there a motion to approve these items on consent? Councilmember Renteria makes a motion. Is there a second? Councilmember Ellis seconds those. What does that -- what does that mean in practice? >> Sure. >> Alter: Just we're ratifying votes we've already taken? Or have they taken actions that we're not aware of? >> No. Mandy Demaio, neighborhood housing, Austin finance corporation, we are ratifying prior actions. These are votes that you have already taken. Some were related to loans that were approved. Some of them related to resolutions.
