All public comment for both agency’s action will be taken at the beginning of the meeting (12:00 p.m. on June 10, 2020). o The agenda and materials will be posted on both the City Council and Capital Metro Board websites. • People may register to speak or not speak, and may take the positions of in favor, against or neutral. • Due to COVID-19 and to maintain social distancing, public comment will be allowed via telephone; no in-person input will be allowed. • All speakers must register in advance of the meeting.
