We are meeting virtually on Monday, August 3, 2020. This is the health and human services committee meeting. It is now 2:03 P.M. And I call the meeting to order. And I'm pretty sure we don't have any speakers, but this is where we do general citizen communication. So we'll now take up citizen communications. Each speaker will be allowed two minutes to voice concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. Do I have a motion to approve the minutes for may 26, 2020? Looks like the motion is being made by councilmember kitchen. Do I have a second? And mayor pro tem Delia Garza seconds that motion. So the motion to approve the minutes passes on a 3-0 vote. If, councilmember tovo off the dais. Item 2, discussion and possible action, we have item on the agenda to discuss appointment of members to the central health board of managers. The committee will take up this item in executive session and once we come out, we will report back on this item. Briefings.
