Item no. 2 is to authorize the negotiation of a loan agreement with espero Austin at Rutland. You'll recall that this is a 171 unit permanent supportive [11:23:31 AM] housing proposed project at 1934 Rutland drive and it's a partnership between keritsa of Austin and the [indiscernible] Group.
