So we could take up the ordinance and I'd be happy to do so unless we're going to give it a few more minutes. >> Harper-madison: Council member, I can hear I, but not quite hear you. >> Tovo: Sure. I was saying we only have -- we have one item on count agenda today. It's to approve an ordinance adding those exhibits with the additional election day judges and whatnot. So I think we just need a simple majority to pass that and I said I would be happy to make a motion if you would like to go ahead and do that. Unless you think we should wait for -- >> Harper-madison: No, sure, I appreciate that. I'll accept that motion. It appears as though councilmember pool seconds the motion. >> Actually, Ann Morgan has got her hand up. >> I'm sorry, I'm just counting because it is an election item so it's an emergency so we do need eight votes and I think we have eight people here. >> Harper-madison: We do. >> Perfect. >> Tovo: Mayor pro tem, I'll move approval of the ordinance. [8:52:05 AM] >> Harper-madison: So moved by councilmember tovo and seconded by councilmember pool. All in favor of the item? I see unanimous with councilmember Renteria, mayor Adler -- am I missing anybody else? >> Councilmember Renteria. >> Harper-madison: Renteria and mayor Adler off the dais. Thank you very much. And if that's all -- I'm sorry, councilmember Fuentes? >> Fuentes: No comment. >> Harper- madison: Okay. So I believe that that's all we needed to accomplish here this morning. Folks, I know we have to get over to the county. I think av needs some time to get us switched over. So at 8:52 we're going to adjourn this special called council meeting and we'll look forward to seeing everybody at about 8:57. Thank you all. See you soon.
