The first item is approval of the minutes from the August 12th, 2020 board meeting. Ite number 3, approve a proposal to the Mueller local government corporation bylaws regarding the conduct of business at meetings of the board and appointment and terms of office for members of the board of directors and officers of the corporation. And the final item, approve appointment of Diana Thomas as vice-president, sylnovia holt-rabb as secretary to the Mueller local government corporation.
