council member pool customer, Puentes Ellis. Tovo Kelly kitchen, vela and online. We have council members Renteria and council members, Harper Madison. Um the purpose of today's meeting is in executive session, so the city council will now go into closed session to take up one item. And it's 11 59, by the way, pursuant to sections 551.72 and 551.71 of the government code. City council will discuss real estate matters and legal issues related to one the purchase exchange, lease or value of an interest in real property and improvements for the housing focused encampment assistance link, he'll initiative and the replacement of the north bridge shelter. Um is there any objection to going into executive session on the items announced hearing none. The council will now go into executive session. We're going to hold executive section virtually, um and I would propose that we meet at, um 12 30. Work for folks that gives us

a little bit of time to eat so we can start at 12 30 try and be prompt so that we can move through. The executive session and hopefully be back at 1 30, if all goes well. Um, with the executive session. Our. Hmm. What. I can't. I can't hear over here and I want to make sure it is send signals to all the folks who are walking out about a time to folks prefer to convene at 12 15. That's fine with me. All right, so we will convene at 12 15 for the executive session and we will come back into chambers and, um and adjourned that meeting and begin again with Austin energy as soon as we can, but I would say that we need at least an hour.
