The border of [10:50:20 AM] directors meeting for the Austin housing finance corporation. We're meeting on February 23rd 2023 at 10:50 A.M. And we were meeting in the city council chamber of the Austin city council. We have a full board of directors present. Good morning , Mandy Demeo and deputy director for the housing and planning department and I'm here on behalf of Austin housing finance corporation. You have three items on today's agenda, which I offer on consent. The first is approving last month's board of directors meeting minutes. The second two are related to our local housing voucher program, which is funded through the housing trust fund. We are asking you to authorize negotiation and execution up to housing assistance payment contracts for two different permanent supportive housing developments, which are in pre development one is Karen point at Cameron, that will be 100 local housing vouchers that will be 150 unit. Project in district [10:51:22 AM] four, and that is a development being co developed with massino group and caritas of Austin. Number three is authorizing a local, the housing assistance payment contract for a project in district three. And that is called the roz parkside. That is going to be 60 local housing vouchers. That will be 100 to 110 units of permanent supportive housing being developed with sage Brooke usda as well as new hope housing offer these on consent. I am happy to take any questions members.
