Mr. Nelson Linder is here, the president of our local chapter of the naacp is in the room, not sure what he's here to testify about, but I certainly wanted to acknowledge him. Civic responsibility. Thank you. Thank you very much. Good to see you. Good morning, Mr. President. Board of directors. My name is James may. I'm the housing and community development officer for the housing department. Today you have two items before you on your agenda. However due to a advertising error, we ask you to open the public hearing and then not take action until next meeting. That's what I everybody heard that. So what I'll do is without objection, we'll open the public hearing on items, ask one and ask a hfc one. And it's my understanding we do have one speaker so I'll

invite the announcement of that speaker as you if you'll do that . Mayor, the speakers for the PC. Well no speakers on this one. They did very well. So is there anybody wishing to be heard on hfc one hearing none. Ann without objection, we close the public hearing on item on item number one. Yes, I'm not sure that we can actually close the public hearing since we need to advertise it for next meeting. So you want to just remain recess the meeting? Yes. I'm sorry, mayor.
