Corporate meeting and I'll recognize staff. Yes, sir. Good morning, Jamie. May the housing and community development officer for the housing department on your agenda today? You have two public hearing items. One, the first is for a $20 million multifamily housing revenue bond for Karen point at Cameron. This is a 150 unit development, 100% of the property will be affordable at 50% of the median family income, and it is targeted for seniors. The second public hearing is for a $45 million multifamily housing [11:43:54 AM] revenue bond for a two. This is the Rebekah the tower. It is a 225 unit development for targeting seniors affordable at 30, 50% and 60. Mfi and you're asking for action on both of these items after the public hearing? No, sir. No action required purely for the public hearing? Yes, sir. Without objection, I'll open the public hearing on rpf. Item number one is Zenobia Joseph Wright. Thank you, mayor. Council and respectfully, mayor, it's a little difficult to know when we will get a chance to speak. So if you could just clarify that online so that the public knows [11:44:55 AM] . Thank you. My opposition. Sometimes what happens is we have a lot of discussion from council like we just did and there would be no way for me to be able to give you a precise time. That's why I call out the order that we will go in. And it's also why I've taken this item out of order so that you'll be able to speak earlier in the day. If I may clarify, mayor, I'm just meaning like public hearings, eminent domain, if you would just I know when you first started, you mentioned that you might consider for allowing the speakers to speak on each item. So whatever you decided, if you just put that online so that the speakers know, which is why I'm not remote because I'm really not sure when to speak and all of that. And you've got the floor now. All right. I appreciate it. Thank you, mayor council. I'm Zenobia Joseph. Mayor, just let me preface one zero 600 zero six settlers trail is actually councilmember harper-madison address in district six. And so she mentioned that her constituents [11:45:55 AM] don't call her. And so some of the times it's because we don't feel that she's represent Singh us as it relates specifically to seven 205. Do you have a comment for me? We only know what's online. If you want to address that after I'm finished speaking, then you certainly may. I'll reclaim my time. Respectfully, mayor, as it relates to 7205 Karen point, I just want to say that it would be helpful if the staff provided you with a map, overlay it appears that this is just concentrate burns of poverty moving over to the Cameron area and I would just call to your attention that Coronado hills when capital metro eliminate the service June 3rd, 2018, the service was eliminated there as well. I want you to recognize that you have 526 units within about two miles, 50% area median income over at the old home Depot as well. And so African Americans would be able to live here because it's about $38,000. [11:46:55 AM] But when you're west of I-35, it's 80% area median income. And so I just want you to recognize that when I say you're codifying the 1928 plan, it is because of these area median incomes, specifically, I want you to recognize as well as it relates to the camera road area, that's a high injury area. And it's specified by the Austin transit transportation department. And so I want you to recognize as well that there is a bad request when you try to open up the Doggett easement. So the public was not able to actually see what this all entails. And so I would just ask Mandy Demayo to be a little bit more honest with the public. This is not the first time that that's happened where there's nothing that opens up when we click on the link. So those are my comments and specifically I just want you to recognize that area. It appears to be concentrations of poverty [11:47:56 AM] and it would appear to violate the fair housing act of 1968. If you have any questions, I'll gladly answer them at this time. Any members have questions? Thank you very much. Thank you, mayor, and appreciate you talking to me today. Sure are. There are no other speakers, correct? Without objection, we will close the public hearing on item number one of the kpfk. Without objection, I'll open the public hearing on item a kpfk. Number two, are there any speakers? There are not any speakers, mayor. There are no speakers. Tirz. Without objection, we will close the public hearing on item kpfk two. Without objection, we will adjourn the meeting of the board of directors of kpfk. d.
