It is November 9th, 2023, at 1047 in the morning we are meeting in city council chambers. The first item is approving the meeting minutes from two prior meetings August 16th and September 21st. 2003, and the second item is authorizing staff to move forward with modifications on a restrictive covenant on a property in district four 8806 and 8807.
