It's 1:35 P.M, and I am out in open session to announce that the Austin city council, which has been meeting in executive session for personnel matters under the Texas government code, to discuss, potential city manager has recessed the executive session until 4:00 pm. So the city council is in recess from the executive session until 4:00 pm, so that the city council committee on housing and planning will have the opportunity to meet.
