Today, I'm here to present your, agenda for the Austin housing public facilities corporation. You have two items on your agenda. Both. I will, both are offered on consent, the first is to approve the meeting minutes from the September 21st, 2023. Ahpc board of directors meeting. And the second is to set a public hearing for the issuance of private activity bonds up to $35 million for the construction of escuela nueva that is a nddc, or Guadalupe neighborhood development corporation project at 2013 montopolis drive, we recommend the date of the public hearing be Thursday, April 18th, 2024.
