I will now call to order, the board of directors of the tax increment financing reinvestment zone, number 20. It is July 18th, 2024 at 11:51 A.M. We're meeting in the city council chambers at city hall, and we have a quorum of the board of directors present members, there we have two items on on this agenda. The first item I just want to point out is to conduct elections for the vice chair. And any other officers we might want. We can just have a vice chair, item number 16 that we passed on the consent agenda of the city council, appointed the mayor as the chair of the board of directors, my recommendation would be that we appoint the mayor pro tem as the vice chair of the board of directors of the tax increment financing, number 20, board of directors, and I [11:50:19 AM] 20, board of directors, and I and that motion is made by council board member Kelly.
