We have two items on today's consent agenda. The first is adopting the afc capital budget for next fiscal year. It's an amount of $80,066,944. The second item is adopting the afc operating budget. And the housing assistance fund, the operating budget for next fiscal year is 37,000,191 $951, and the housing assistance fund budget is 3.2 million. Happy to take any questions?
