Madam vice president, board of directors. My name is Jamie may. I'm the housing and community development officer in the housing department. On your agenda today. You have four items. >> Second, if you find yourself talking and you're not standing at the podium, you probably shouldn't be. So. All right, thank you. Sir. >> Yes, sir. Before you on your agenda, you have four items I'd like to highlight that item number two has been postponed until December. We plan to bring this item back after thc acts. The three remaining items on your agenda are all related to the 9% low income housing tax credit award that was awarded in late July. These developments all have a gap financing request and I'll go over them presently. [11:45:50 AM] and I'll go over them presently. First, the first item on your agenda is the ovata at rosedale. This is a 70 unit development with a mixture of one, two and three bedroom units. It will include on site childcare and this is one of our first developments in district ten. This is affordability periods of 30, 50, 60 and 80% of the median family income for these units. The second item on your agenda that is still active is the authorization of the Sasha, which is a 60 unit development with one, two and three bedroom units, all affordable below 50% median family income. This development is in district three, and your last item is the Bailey at Berkman, which is 104 units of 30, 50 and 60% median family income. These are all efficiencies and these are all targeted towards supportive housing with those three items, we offer these on consent board members. [11:46:53 AM] members. >> Do you have any questions? Yes. >> Board member alter so I'm really excited that today that we are approving this investment in this project in district ten and Nevada, rosedale is the first major project to actually move forward in district ten. My bus stop is right there and I'm really excited that we're going to be able to provide so many units near a park, near transit, near medical facilities, and near grocery store in an area of town where we haven't had this opportunity before. And I want to thank miss lash and her team for having the vision for this and our team housing and planning to move this forward.
