And we have all of the board of directors present. I'll ask for a brief presentation from our professional staff. >> Good afternoon, chair, board members of the Miller local government corporation. My name is Kim Olivares, vice president of the corporation and director of financial services for the city of Austin. I have two items for consideration on the consent agenda. Item one approval of meeting minutes from the August 14th, 2024 board meeting and item two approval of a resolution to adopt the fiscal year 2026 operating budget for the corporation in the amount of $5,260,965.
