We have a quorum of the board of directors of the Austin housing finance corporation. We are meeting in city hall in the city council chambers at 301 west second street in Austin, Texas. And I will recognize miss Demayo. >> Good morning, Mandy Demayo Austin housing finance corporation I have four items on today's agenda. The first item is approving the last four meeting minutes for may 8th, may 22nd, June 5th and July 24th. The second item is related to the fourth item. The second item is approving a [11:20:24 AM] second item is approving a ownership in land at 5901 south pleasant valley road. This is for the development to be known as sycamores at pleasant valley it will be in district two. It is 75 units of affordable housing and all of the units will be restricted to 40% and 50% median family income. The third item is authorizing our staff to move forward with a contract with the housing authority of the city of Austin to administer the tenant based rental assistance program. It's approximately $1.4 million a year utilizing our federal home funds. And then the fourth item is a public hearing related to the issuance of $25 million in multifamily revenue bonds for the sycamores at pleasant valley development. >> Thank you.
