everyone on this very chilly December 1st. The first item on our agenda is to call the meeting to order. So I will call the special called meeting of our economic opportunity committee to order at 10:03 A.M. On December 1st, 2025 at Austin city hall. As a quorum is present, we have councilmember Siegel attending. To my right, mayor pro tem Fuentes attending virtually and then unable to attend. So far, our councilmembers Velasquez and harper-madison. It's my understanding we have no speakers for public comment. >> That is correct. >> Great. Then we'll go off to item number one, which is the approval of minutes of the September 19th, 2025 meeting. Do we have a motion to approve approve motion by councilmember Siegel? Do we have a second second by mayor pro tem Fuentes? All in favor, say aye. That is unanimous. With councilmember Siegel in the chamber, mayor

pro tem voting virtually, and then councilmembers harper-madison and Velasquez not in attendance. Item number two is the discussion and possible action of the economic opportunity committee meeting for calendar year 2026. And I will read off what those dates will be. So everyone has it on their end. But we will have meetings on January 16th, March 20th, may 15th, July 31st, September 18th and November 20th. Any any discussion from councilmember Siegel? >> Just chair. There's a typo on the first date. So just if that could be corrected before it's published. Sure. >> Mayor pro tem. No. Great. Well, with that, all in favor. Sorry. With that. Could I get a motion to approve item number two, motion by councilmember Siegel. Could I get a second?

Seconded by mayor pro tem Fuentes. All in favor, say aye. So that's a30 vote with councilmember Siegel in attendance. Councilmember Fuentes, mayor pro tem Fuentes attending virtually, and then councilmembers Velasquez and harper-madison not in attendance. With that, it takes us to item number three. We're making great time. Future items. So if anyone has any future agenda items for discussion, either please come off of mute or raise your hand and looks like we have no future items for discussion. I think I might have maybe set a record for fastest meeting. So because there's no future business, the meeting of the economic opportunity committee is adjourned at 10:06 A.M. On December 1st, 2025. Thank you all.
